Flipfolio is the inventory and profit tracker built for resellers. Below are answers to the most common questions — and a direct line to us.
Fully. There's no account and no server — your catalog, deals, and sales all live on your phone, so markets, booths, and basement stockrooms work the same as anywhere.
Everything stays on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to us or anyone else. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Because data is local, use Settings → Backup & restore → Export backup every so often to save a backup file (to Files, iCloud Drive, etc.). On a new phone, install Flipfolio and use Restore from backup to bring everything back.
From Settings → Export data, or the Reports screen, share a CSV of your stock or of every sale and expense via the native share sheet.
Edit or delete any item in the app, or wipe everything from Settings → Reset data → Clear all data. Deleting the app also removes all of it.
Tap + on the Products tab. Each product has a cost and an asking price; add variants (sizes, colors) and group inventory into lots by haul. Full walkthrough lives in Settings → How Flipfolio works.
Open the History tab, then Reports. Pick a period to see revenue, profit, margin, top sellers, and days-to-sell.
The Lookbook tab is the customer-facing view — it shows photos and asking prices only. Your cost never appears there.
Settings → Replay welcome plays the 5-step intro, and How Flipfolio works has FAQs on every part of the app.
We'd love to hear it — email support@peekingowl.com. Reseller feedback shapes what we build next.
